When there is chronic muscle tension or injury, there is usually adhesion (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons and ligaments. Adhesion can block circulation and cause pain, limited movement and inflammation. Deep Tissue Massage works by physically breaking down this adhesion to relieve pain and restore normal movement.

Warm Bamboo Massage is a technique that uses heated bamboo rods of different sizes to relieve muscular tension, alleviate aches and pains and promote deep relaxation. The heat penetrates and soothes tissues across the entire body. The rods provide the ability to apply deeper pressure to a broader surface area.
Warm bamboo massage offers all the benefits of a luxurious, rejuvenating relaxation massage, but can also be an extremely effective therapeutic treatment.
