Housing Overview
McNamara Towers is a retirement community of 136 one-bedroom apartments which serve Livonia's low and moderate income senior citizens. McNamara Towers is ideally located near the Livonia Marketplace shopping center and the Carl Sandburg Public Library. The residents of McNamara Towers can participate in our transportation program which travels to local area banks, shopping centers, the senior citizens center and health care facilities. Residents enjoy many social and recreational activities.

Housing requirements include:

- Livonia residency preference
Rental Cost
The rental cost for subsidized housing is 30% of your adjusted gross income.
