Summer Fun! Tuesdays

Summer is winding down. The Summer Fun! Family Concert series concludes Tuesday, Aug. 20 at Rotary Park (Six Mile at Hubbard). The begins at 6 p.m. with inflatables from Awesome Bounce of Michigan, games and refreshments. The Livonia Beat will get the crowd excited for featured performer Gemini.

Annual Maintenance Week

Monday, Aug. 26 - Friday, Aug. 30

The Kirksey Recreation Center will be closed Monday, Aug. 26 - Friday, Aug. 30. The front desk will be open for registration Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The Recreation Center will open on Saturday, Aug. 31 at 6 a.m.

New ID Rule Change Starts Sept. 3

New this Fall Livonia Parks and Recreation will begin requiring a photo ID for purchase of a Day Pass. A current, valid Driver's License or State ID will be accepted. Youth and teens with no ID must have a parent or guardian with ID. Those 14 years of age or older, without a parent, may present a current year school ID with picture.
