Pavilion Rentals Begin Feb. 3

Livonia Parks offer pavilions for events of all sizes, and they are available for rent from May 1 to Sept. 30. There are 10 different pavilions available between six different parks.

On Tuesday, Feb. 4, starting at 5 a.m. at the Kirksey Recreation Center (15100 Hubbard), residents will be able to reserve (in-person only) a timeslot to rent a pavilion for the 2026 season. Reservation timeslots will be available at 7 a.m. that morning and are scheduled every five minutes.

Starting at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, open dates will be available to both residents and non-residents. Reservations may be made at the Kirksey Recreation Center and online.

Payment is due at the time of reservation, and all applications can be completed online or in-person. Fees must be paid before a permit will be issued, and all pavilion applications must be submitted at least seven days in advance of the rental date.

Adult Softball League

Livonia Parks & Recreation is happy to offer Adult Softball Leagues, and registration opens Monday, Feb. 2!

Each league is identified by a division number describing the designed level of competition. The higher the division number, the more recreational the league is; the lower the number is, the more competitive. Our Summer Season starts at the beginning of May and runs through the beginning of August, with teams playing one game per scheduled night. Doubleheaders may be added throughout the season, dependent on weather.

All games are played at Bicentennial Park. Teams must pay $20 per game in umpire fees on-site to the umpire before any game is played. The overall registration fee is $510 per team with a forfeit deposit of $50 per team (teams will receive their deposit back at end of the season if they do not forfeit any games).
