11. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Public Works, re: for the Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Prevention Treatment, through December 31, 2026, with the option of extending the contract for three (3) 2-year extensions with a 3% cap increase in pricing for each 2-year extension, from budgeted funds.
