2. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: a general contractor for Shelden Park improvements and renovation project. (Approving)

5. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE THE 2026 ASPHALT ROAD PROGRAM BY EXTENDING CONTRACT 25-A UNIT PRICES WITH NAGLE PAVING COMPANY: Engineering Division, re: for Contract 26-A in the amount of $3,806,939.15 from budgeted funds. (CR 63-25)

6. REQUEST TO APPROVE FINAL COST INFORMATION AND TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS AND EXPENDITURES: Engineering Division, re: for the 2025 Sidewalk Program - Contract 25-G (CR 95-25)

7. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE THE 2026 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM BY EXTENDING CONTRACT 25-G UNIT PRICES WITH JOE ROTONDO CONSTRUCTION CORP.
