Greenmead offers a unique, historic setting for your many special event needs. Three buildings available for private rentals bring a unique flair to any special occasion. Weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions and gatherings with coworkers have all found fun in our Greenmead facilities.

Please note, rental buildings are shown by appointment only and are scheduled Monday through Friday. Buildings are not available for rental on holidays. 

Alexander Blue House

Alexander Blue House

Built in the 1850s by Judge Alexander Blue, this adaptive reuse building has modern amenities with antique charm. This building is tastefully decorated with time period-appropriate furnishings. The building will accommodate up to 99 guests, has heat and air conditioning, and includes tables and chairs. 

Friends Meeting House

Friends Meeting House

Built in 1846 for the Society of Friends, this simple Quaker Meeting House is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and business meetings. The building will accommodate up to 40 guests, has heat and air conditioning, and includes tables, chairs, and wooden benches. 

Newburg Church

Newburg Church

Built in 1848, this charming country church features original stained glass windows, beautiful dark wood pews, and amazing acoustics. This non-denominational church is suitable for weddings and memorial services. The building will accommodate up to 120 guests and has heat and air conditioning.
