Biking is Fun

Let's Ride Some Bikes!

Tour de Livonia is back! This second-annual event pays homage to the famous Tour de France with a pair of non-competitive rides through Livonia Sunday, Sept. 17. Both routes start and finish at Bicentennial Park. For more information on pricing and registration click here.

Fresh Corn Anyone?

Who is Ready for Some Fresh Corn Everyone?

Stick around after the Tour de Livonia or stop in to enjoy the sixth-annual Good Old-Fashioned Neighborhood Corn Roast from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, at Bicentennial Park.

Come enjoy some FREE Corn with your neighbors and                                                         have a great time!

Different Kinds of Bugs

Bugs of Many Kinds oh my!

Bugs are our friends! Come on out from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, to Greenmead Historical Park and see some crawling cuties! Children ages 4-8 will get up close and personal with insects, spiders, and more as they observe the many important jobs that these clever, captivating, crawling, creatures perform.

We will read a buggy story and, through singing and dramatic play activities, students will discover what physical features all insects have. Residents are $12 and non-residents are $14. Advance Registration is Required.
