Holiday Matinee Serves as Finale for Silent Cinema of the Mitten Series
Come join us in Greenmead Historical Park's Newburg Church
12:30-2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, for the final installment in our series on Michiganders who shaped the silent movie world.
This program will include the amazing animation of John Randolph Bray, founder of the first animation studio and the creator of some astonishing classic cartoons, and two holiday shorts from film pioneer, inventor, and Michigander Thomas A. Edison, whose ingenuity helped create the film industry as we know it. Make sure to
register in advance.
