1.REAPPOINTMENT OF MELISSA KAROLAK TO THE LIVONIA BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three-year term, which will expire on November 24, 2025.



2.REAPPOINTMENT OF NICHOLAS LOMAKO TO THE LIVONIA BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Office of the Mayor; re: for a three-year term, which will expire on November 24, 2025.



3.WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-09-02-19, submitted by Great Lakes Veterinary Behavior Consultants, PLLC, requesting to operate a veterinary clinic at 20337-20339 Farmington Road, located on the west side of Farmington Road between Norfolk Avenue and Eight Mile Road in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4.



4.SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-08-08-04, submitted by Future Land Holdings. L.L.C., requesting approval to redevelop the site, including demolishing the existing commercial building and constructing a new 26,000 square foot commercial building for the purpose of operating a Ducati & BMW Motorcycle Dealership, at 19265 Victor Parkway, located on the west side of Victor Parkway between Seven Mile Road and Pembroke Avenue in the Southeast ¼ of Section 6.



5.SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-09-08-05, submitted by Plymouth Armory L.L.C., requesting approval to construct an addition to the existing building at 27492 Five Mile Road, located on the north side of Five Mile Road between Inkster Road and Foch Avenue in the Southeast ¼ of Section 13.



6.REQUEST TO APPROVE PAYMENT AND EXTEND CONTRACT WITH BS&A SOFTWARE: Office of the Treasurer, re: in an amount not to exceed $40,000 per year to provide yearly service and full support for the Equalizer Internet Tax/Assessing System for the period of November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2025. (CR 317-19)



7.REQUEST RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR GRANT APPLICATION TO THE MICHIGAN DNR: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: for support of the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center Splash Pad Renovation Project, to provide wider accessibility to recreational resources.



8.REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TWO ABI FORCE GROOMERS: Department of Public Works, re: for use by the Parks Department, from budgeted funds.



9.REQUEST TO PURCHASE PARKS MAINTENANCE UTILITY VEHICLES THROUGH THE MI-DEAL STATE BID PROCESS: Department of Public Works, re: to replace vehicles that have exceeded life expectancy, from budgeted funds.



10.AWARD BID: Department of Public Works, re: to replace the rooftop HVAC unit at the Livonia Fire Department Headquarters, from budgeted funds.



11.REQUEST TO APPROVE ONE YEAR EXTENSION WITH CRIMBOLI NURSERY: Public Service Division, in order to utilize 2022 pricing, from budgeted funds (CR 54-20).



12.REQUEST TO APPROVE WATER SERVICE CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 4 BETWEEN GREAT LAKES WATER AUTHORITY (GLWA) AND CITY OF LIVONIA:  Public Service Division, re:  to make minor adjustments/corrections to the original signed contract which will be in effect for the next four years until the next contract reopener.  (CR 250-18)



13. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT:  Engineering Division, re:  from UHS-Madonna, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for property developed on the west side of Levan Road, North of Schoolcraft Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20.



14.REQUEST TO APPROVE 2023 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM:  Engineering Division, re: as reviewed by the Citizens Advisory Committee on Roads for the first year of the ten-year paving millage approved by Livonia residents.



15.REQUEST TO AMEND THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT THROUGH QUALIFICATION BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS WITH OHM ADVISORS FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2023 ASPHALT ROAD PROGRAM (CONTRACT 23-A):  Engineering Division, re: same (CR 336-21).



16.REQUEST TO AMEND THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT THROUGH THE QUALIFICATION BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS WITH ANDERSON, ECKSTEIN AND WESTRICK, INC. (AEW) FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2023 CONCRETE ROAD PROGRAM (CONTRACT 23-C); Engineering Division, re: same (CR 336-21).



17.REQUEST TO AMEND THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT THROUGH THE QUALIFICATION BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS WITH ANDERSON, ECKSTEIN AND WESTRICK (AEW) FOR DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2023 CONCRETE ROAD MAINTENANCCE/SELECTIVE SLAB PROGRAM (CONTRACT 23-J):  Engineering Division, re:  same. (CR 336-21).



18.PROPOSED 2023 CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE: City Council President Jim Jolly, re: in accordance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, 1976 P.A. 267, as amended.
