Kirksey Recreation Center behind fall leaves

Membership Rates Increasing Dec. 1 for First Time Since 2017

We at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center (fka Livonia Community Recreation Center) are incredibly proud of the quality programs, facilities, and services offered to our members. We are grateful to serve such a strong and vibrant community and will continue to strive for the highest level of standards in all we do.

Moving forward, due to the rising costs of utilities, supplies and staffing, on Dec. 1, 2022, fee increases in day pass and membership fees go into effect. We were able to keep the rate increases minimal, allowing us to continue providing our valued services at a rate below comparable nearby facilities. Our last fee increase for day passes and memberships was in 2017, and EFT memberships last in 2015. Additionally, we no longer require 12 months of EFT payments.

If you would like to renew your membership before the increase, please do so by Nov. 30, 2022. Visit Livonia.gov/1606 for more information.
