CONSENT AGENDA1. AWARD OF BID: Livonia Public Library, re: Air duct cleaning at the Livonia Bennett Civic Center Library, from budgeted funds.
2. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE DIAMOND BRAND DIESEL CORE CUT WALK BEHIND SAW: Department of Public Works, re: from budgeted funds.
3. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Public Works, for the additional scope of work through change order on the Fleet Maintenance Garage Electrical System replacement project and provide payment to Allied Building Service Co. and DiClemente Design Inc., from budgeted funds. (CR 221-21)
4. AWARD OF CONTRACT AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE: Department of Public Works, re: for the construction of the 8 Mile Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Project, in an amount not to exceed $522,725.00, from budgeted funds of the Water and Sewer Fund.

a. The subject matter of exploring what economic tools are available and strategic moves that might be made to kickstart and spur redevelopment of Plymouth Road, between Inkster and Middlebelt Roads, as identified in the Master Plan as one of three focus zones. (CR 312-19)
