Free Group Fitness Demonstrations Let You Challenge Your Fitness or Breath Deeply with Slow Flow Yoga
Looking for a new class this summer? We have Challenge Fitness and Slow Flow Yoga classes coming up and both instructors are offering free group fitness demonstration classes over the next few weeks.
Stop by the MAC Gym
7 p.m. Wednesdays, June 8 and 15, for free
Challenge Fitness demos with Nick. Incorporate a variety of fitness equipment from sandbags to battle ropes, tractor tires, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls and more each class session.
Then swing by the Activity Room
10:30 a.m. Fridays, June 10 and 17, to try out
Slow Flow Yoga with Kathleen. A class focuses on breath and body awareness with poses held for 5-10 breaths. Class will start with warm-ups on the mat, move through standing sequences and end with cool-down stretches.
