WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2021-07-02-13 submitted by Leo Soave, to develop a Planned Residential Development consisting of a condominium subdivision with nineteen (19) detached single-family homes on the properties at 37711, 37631 and 37601 Plymouth Road, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Newburgh Road and Jarvis Avenue in the Southeast ¼ of Section 30.
