2020 Census

Dear fellow citizens,

Many people are feeling frustrated because we can’t control much in our lives these days. But the truth is there are two very real things you can control:

1. You can help stop this virus from spreading by staying at home.

2. You can help make sure we have the emergency service resources we need to beat this disease by filling out your Census. Being counted assures Livonia will get our fair share of $675 billion in federal funds – for schools, health care, police, fire, roads, Head Start early childhood, hospitals, and other vital programs. These programs also help to fund the arts in our communities.

Just go to myCensus202.gov. It only takes a few minutes. And, if you have already completed your Census, reach out to those in your network to encourage them to fill it out.
