City of Livonia offices will be closed Thursday, Dec. 31 and Friday, Jan. 1 in observance of the New Year's Holiday. 
 
For trash collection services Christmas week and New Year's week, Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's collection areas will be on schedule. Friday's area will be collected on Saturday.
