1. APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-09-22, Steven Ray, 31041 Six Mile Road (Tabled on October 10, 2023), seeking to erect an additional accessory building (30’x50’) on property resulting in excess number of accessory building and total building area.
2. APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-09-26, Ali and Summer Koussan, 16611 Laurel Park Drive: seeking to erect a six-foot-tall privacy fence upon a corner lot, resulting in the fence not aligning with the existing fence on the west adjacent property. Also, this adjacent property owner has not signed a fence authorization form, which is required.
3. APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-10-27, Aristeo Construction, 12822 Stark Road: Seeking to erect a six-foot-tall chain link style fence within the front yard setback which is not allowed. Fences cannot extend past the front building line toward the street. The fence extends approximately 95 feet beyond the front building line.
