6. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-03-02-08, submitted by Tiseo Architects, Inc. on behalf of TrueHeal Veterinarian Clinic, requesting to operate a veterinary clinic at 27488 Five Mile Road, located on the north side of Five Mile Road between Inkster Road and Foch Avenue in the Southeast ¼ of Section 13.

7. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-04-02-13, submitted by Wade Shows, Inc. requesting to conduct a carnival in the parking lot of the former Sears, sponsored by the Livonia AM Rotary Club, consisting of amusement rides, games and food concessions from July 14, 2022 through July 24, 2022, on property at 29500 Seven Mile Road, located on the northwest corner of Seven Mile and Middlebelt Roads in the Southeast ¼ of Section 2.

8. SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-03-08-01 submitted by MA Designers Inc. requesting to construct an addition and remodel the interior and exterior of the retail center at 34800 Plymouth Road, located on the north side of Plymouth Road between Stark and Wayne Roads in the Southwest ¼ of Section 28.

9. REQUEST TO APPROVE HOURLY RATE AND HOLIDAY PAY INCREASE: Department of Civil Service, re: for 2022-2024 seasonal laborer positions.

10. REQUEST TO APPROVE INCREASE IN COMPENSATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN PARKS AND RECREATION: Department of Civil Service, re: to be in the same compensation range as other Parks & Recreation Administrative Assistants in comparable communities.  

11. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE A FOUR-YEAR CONTRACT WITH RITTER GIS: Departments of Public Works and Information Systems, re: to provide GIS (Geographic Information Services) to the City of Livonia, in an amount not to exceed $35,360 annually, with an option to extend for two years, from budgeted funds.

12. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Public Works, re: for water main taps and service connections along with emergency water and sewer repairs at various locations throughout the city in an amount not to exceed $375,000.00 annually, for a period of three (3) years, with an optional two-year extension, from budgeted funds.

14. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to Section 040 of Title 13, Chapter 08 (Water Services Rates and Revenues) to provide for changes in the water service consumption rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2022.

First Reading given by Councilmember Scott Bahr on Monday, June 6, 2022.

15. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to Section 050 of Title 13, Chapter 08 (Water Service Rates and Revenues) to provide changes in the water service consumption rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2022.

16. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to Section 120 of Title 13, Chapter 20 (Livonia Sewage Disposal System) to provide for changes to the sewer disposal and maintenance rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2022.

17. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: Section 130 of Title 13, Chapter 20 (Livonia Sewage Disposal System) to provide for changes to the special rates for designated uses to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2022.

18. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to Section 050 of Title 13, Chapter 28 (Industrial Waste Surcharge) to provide for changes in the industrial waste surcharge rate to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2022.

20. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA VISION 21 ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: Petition 2019-06-01-05 submitted by DeVonce Custom Construction Inc., to rezone the property located on the west side of Farmington Road between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and Schoolcraft Road (13393 Farmington Road) in the Northeast ¼ of Section 28, from M-1 (Light Manufacturing) to C-2 (General Business).

21. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-03-02-11 submitted by Livonia Veterinary Hospital requesting to expand the existing veterinary hospital at 13389, 13391 and 13393 Farmington Road, located on the west side of Farmington Road between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and Schoolcraft Road in the Northeast ¼ of Section 28.

22. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-04-02-12 submitted by Area Towing & Recovery, Inc. requesting to operate a vehicle tow yard at 12719 Inkster Road, located on the west side of Inkster Road between the CSX Railroad and Schoolcraft Road in the Northeast ¼ of Section 25.
