APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-05-18 (Rescheduled from September 14, 2021): Ken and Melissa Burns, south side of Munger (29991), between Henry Ruff and Middlebelt, seeking to construct an addition onto a detached garage resulting in excess accessory building area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-05-23 (Rescheduled from September 14, 2021): HFI8, LLC, 25896 Timber Trail, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127, seeking to erect a ground sign with electronic pricing and message center on property located on the north side of Seven Mile (27430) between Inkster and Rensellor, resulting in excess sign area. Electronic message centers are not allowed on nonconforming ground signs.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-10-42: Community Choice Credit Union, east side of Farmington (15420) between Roycroft and Five Mile, seeking to erect a ground and wall signs, resulting in excess number of wall signs and excess ground sign height.
