PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA VISION 21 ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: Petition 2021-04-01-02 submitted by Cross Wind, to rezone the properties at 37711, 37631 and 37601 Plymouth Road, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Newburgh Road and Jarvis Avenue in the Southeast ¼ of Section 30, from C-1 (Local Business) to NM1 (Neighborhood Multifamily District).


4. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2021-07-02-13 submitted by Leo Soave, to develop a Planned Residential Development consisting of a condominium subdivision with nineteen (19) detached single-family homes on the properties located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Newburgh Road and Jarvis Avenue (37711, 37631 and 37601 Plymouth Road) in the Southeast ¼ of Section 30.
