The City of Livonia has teamed with Active.com to provide online registration for our participants.
 
ATTENTION PARENTS To improve the accuracy and placement of your child's swim lesson class level, online, fax-in, and mail-in will not be accepted.  Walk-in registration only please.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

1.  You may register during open registration times.

2.  All first time online registration customers need to request an account in order to register. You will receive your password and online registration account confirmation via email immediately.

3.  Active.com is an authorized contractor of the City of Livonia. Our website is secure.

4.  Online registrations are subject to a convenience fee that will appear with the activity fee on your credit card statement as a payment made to Active.com. The convenience fees are applied to each individual registration, not the total of your order.

5.  Refund Policy

- Full refund or credit will be given if the Livonia Community Recreation Center cancels the program. (Minus the Convenience Fee).
- A $10.00 processing fee is charged if you cancel prior to the 1st class.
- 50% of the class fee is charged if you cancel after the 1st class

• No refunds or credit after the class/program/league has had its second meeting.

• A credit may be given for any program offered by the Livonia Community Recreation Center.

• All refund requests will be approved or denied by the Livonia Community Recreation Center. All refund checks will be processed through the Livonia Community Recreation Center and mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.

• The Livonia Community Recreation Center reserves the right to adjust the policy, depending upon the circumstances and the severity of the situation.  Refunds for LCRC Annual Passes will be made only in extraordinary circumstances upon written request.

• Online convenience fee is nonrefundable.  Even if we cancel the class.

6.  Please bring your receipt to your first class or program.
